Kirk Session: Elders are elected by the congregation and ordained by the Templepatrick Presbytery. Presbytery is composed of 20 local Presbyterian Congregations. Kirk Session is charged by the Presbyterian Church in Ireland to promote the spiritual welfare of the congregation and the local community.

Session Meetings involve the elected members from the congregation and meet bi-monthly. These members have been voted on to the Session to oversee the spiritual work including pastoral care of the congregation. At the Session meeting the members study God's Word, pray and then discuss the various activities and events that have and will take place.

Congregational Committee: Are elected by the congregation to look after all the practical aspects of congregational life.

The Congregational Committee is made up of elected members from the congregation and Session who meet bi-monthly to discuss issues with regard to the finances and the property of the Congregation and its upkeep.
